Being the largest fast food chain in the Philippines with 1100+ branches locally and 200+ abroad, and the home of the famous chicken joy, Jollibee wanted to nurture the future leaders of the company by going through a program to prepare them for their future roles. We created the identity to be used on collateral.
A Symbol of Who They Are
The beehive inspired logo became the symbol to remind the participants of why they are chosen to be the future leaders of the company. It signifies the challenges and the levels they have been through to get to where they are to fulfill one goal, cultivate the bee hive or in JFC’s case, the organization.
