Takamichi Beauty Room
Takamichi Beauty Room, a beauty supply store based in New York, decided to widen their customer base by creating an e-commerce site responsible for selling their unique beauty products through an online portal. However, with little research and consideration of their user experience, the website struggled to perform at the desired expectations.



OneVector Design Co. was hired to uncover the limitations to their e-commerce site and improve user interface, thereby attracting a larger customer base. We observed that the website structure consisted of multiple pages that were complex and difficult to maneuver. Based on the mouse flow activity, customers appeared to be sidetracked when shopping, thus resulting in a loss of sales.
